Utah Style Icon Awards

I'm on a roll! 2 posts within a week is a pretty big deal around here! Today's post is on the Utah Style Icon Awards that took place last month. When the gals from Beauty Glam Now called me to be a sponsor of this event we knew we had to participate. And we are so glad we did. It was such a fun, fashionable night with yummy treats and some seriously cute outfits!

This event was an awards evening for Utah's top fashion bloggers including Hello Fashion Blog, Small Fry Blog, Pink Peonies and Cara Loren. The big winner of the night was Rachel Parcell with Pink Peonies.

Maddie & Jeff's groomals

Okay, so I have been horrible at posting on my blog since I had my baby almost 1 year ago (WOW, that went by way too fast). I'm really going to work hard to change that!! It's been a super busy spring/summer so I'll have a lot of beautiful images to share. 

Today I'm going to share a beautiful groomal session of such a beautiful bride (Maddie) and handsome groom (Jeff) (they should be models). These images were captured by Darla Roze Photography.

Utah Bride Blog Flower Recipe

We were asked by Utah Bride Blog to create something beautiful for their Flower Friday Recipe post. We chose to do 2 different style bouquets using the same flowers. One bouquet is a little bit more compact and simple while the other is a bit more whimsical and wild. Which one is more your style?? 

We also chose to wrap the bouquets in a polka dot scarf from my closet. I always like the idea of personalizing wedding flowers and that's a great way to do it. 

We also added in a few boutonnieres. Do you like the idea of having each boutonniere being different from one another?

Riley's Tea Party

 This has got to be one the cutest tea parties I have ever seen! Brittany Cascio with Cascio Photography put on quite the party at The Riter Mansion for her little girl who turned 6! I'm pretty sure she didn't miss a detail. I had a great time designing the flowers for this little affair and think they turned out just right!
